Listen to what Tabarzadi says from inside Iran about the
human rights conditions for relations with Iran and questions
the European states for not demanding it when having
relations with Iran.  He is brave speaking for it from inside
Iran when the IRI lobbysts are silent about it outside Iran:

The ones outside Iran better speak for those who are in
the Evin dungeons than justifying IRI and becoming
IRI apologists.  IRI has enough TV, Radio, Newspapers,
Ambassadors, Money, etc.  The ones like Ahmad Batebi
in Evin and the real pro-Democracy activists are the
ones who have nobody to speak on their behalf.  How
many US and European states broadcast the voices
of Iran's pro-Democracy activistgs like Tabrazadi,
Simin Behbahani, Akbar and Manouchehr Mohammadi,
Ahmad Batebi and so many others?
