Recently, the father of Manoochehr Mohammadi received a phone call from his son, Manoochehr Mohammadi, in regards to his fatal conditions in GhaemShahr prison.

About 10:00 a.m. morning time (Tehran), Manoochehr Mohammadi contacted his father and showed devastating signs of no hope in regards to his survival.

The transfer of Manoochehr Mohammadi from Evin prison to GhaemShahr prison took place on the 28th of June 2002. This transfer was absolutely illegal and was carrying out with inhuman brutal force.

The National Union of Iranian Students and Graduates demands the immediate peaceful transfer of Manoochehr Mohammadi from GhaemShahr prison and back to his colleagues. If anything is to happen to Manoochehr Mohammadi, we will see the Islamic Republic as the guilty party.
