Dear Mr. Ambassador:
 
Many Iranians have fled Iran because of the injustice by the Islamic Republic and because they do not want to end up like the student movement's leaders and activists in prison(The brave people like Tabarzadi,Mohamadi brothers,Batebi,Dr.Hamidi and many others)being tortured by a regime that supports terrorism.
 
Since the government of the Islamic Republic has proven itself incapable of keeping Iranian citizens' interests in mind due to the inhumane policies;
 
Since the rights of these citizens have been violated by U.S. Immigration authorities;
 
Since your government has the official authority of keeping Iranian interests in the United States, we demand that your government relay expeditiously, to the U.S. State Department,Justice Department and to the White House,the Iranian community and student movement's deepest concerns and objections to the unfriendly treatment of the Iranian citizens that are seeking freedom.
