James S. Albus and Dr.
Hossein Bagher Zadeh: Two Interesting Economic Proposals
The following interesting article of
Dr. Hossein Bagher Zadeh is entitled "demokratizeh kardaneh san'at-e naft dar
Iran"
http://www.iran-emrooz.de/yaddasht/bagerz801229.html
His proposal for democratizing the oil Industry and the state structure in Iran
may not necessarily be the final answer to the problem of oil and tyranny of
state in Iran, but its value is that he has allowed himself to think beyond the
traditional solutions of the past to find a new solution.
Eighteen years ago, I read a great
article by James Albus that had tried to attack the issue of ownership of new
technologies in the West, in a novel way, and reading Dr. Hossein Bagher Zadeh's
article tonight, reminded me of James S. Albus's excellent article entitled
"Robots and Economy".
Below is the URL for James S. Albus's
article on the IRANSCOPE Anthology section:

I would like to suggest to everyone to read both these articles and discuss the
interesting approaches to solving the issues of alternative models of economic
structure for our times.
